I spent my career working for both privately-held and publicly traded companies, from companies as small as 25 employees to a global institution with over 90,000 employees. Having spent most of my years in financial services and real estate, my career has morphed from my early days as an analyst to my most recent years in executive leadership roles. My passion is to help businesses reach their goals by applying a few things I’ve learned along the way.

I spent most of my career serving in leadership roles in the financial services arena, reaching senior executive levels spanning multiple functions. During the early days of my career, I was fortunate to be part of a start-up venture and played an instrumental role in transforming a small, fledgling company into a successful, multi-billion dollar organization. I also served on the board of a Maryland hospital leading their private and corporate fundraising initiatives. As a people person, I thrive in a collaborative inclusive environment where everyone’s talent and perspective is valued.

I’m a 30-year marketer who thrives on developing creative and strategic solutions to marketing and communications challenges. My passion is content marketing, whether it’s writing website and blog copy to boost a site’s SEO, articulating a brand’s mission statement and value proposition, or crafting creative social media and email marketing campaigns. With a varied background in marketing, PR and corporate/internal communications, I’ve spent 12+ years in real estate marketing and also have a deep background in travel, business services and consumer products.

Creative to the bone and proud of it.  Designer, illustrator, photographer, writer, fine artist, teacher – always busy, never bored. I believe in the power of positive thinking, motivational management and always being resilient.   

I’ve been a Creative Director for 30+ years, mostly based in New York City, for agencies big and small, as well as co-owning and operating my own firm for many years. With vast experience in the luxury real estate and hospitality sectors, my clients also range from high finance to high fashion, from the publishing business to show business. Branding is a real passion, from creating the logo and theme to building out the extensions and full brand guidelines. I’ve won over 300 industry and creative awards over the course of my career.  My job, as I see it, is to shine the spotlight on a company and its people and to always make them look their best, because first impressions are lasting.

Filmmaker and video producer who has always focused on bringing my visual storytelling skills to marketing and promotional video for clients. Outside of the creative space you can often find me on a ski mountain, playing drums, or hunting for my next favorite hot sauce brand.

With over a decade of experience working both on-set and in the documentary world, I’ve been fortunate to work with amazing companies over the years, creating everything from 15 second social media ads to 30 minute multi-part documentary series. In addition to my freelance video work, I am also a teacher and throughout the year, I will lead a variety of filmmaking intensives to students of all ages. I am fortunate to do the very thing I love most day in and day out, and I bring energy and passion to every project.

With over 15 years under my belt, I am a career graphic designer who has generated designs for a wide variety of clients in both the corporate and freelance settings. I specialize in creating visually appealing designs that help businesses grow and make their brand stand out - whether it’s logos, brochures, advertisements, infographics – just to name a few. My toolbox of choice is Adobe Creative Suite. When I’m not wrangling my two boys and fulfilling my design passion, you can also find me serving as part of a school advisory board driving marketing and development initiatives.

My career has led me to various marketing and social media projects for independent retail businesses from start-ups to mature, established businesses. My portfolio includes clients in the health and wellness, residential homebuilding, and food services industries. My work ethic has been an essential asset to my clients! I use my expertise to bring a brand's personality to the surface and to craft engaging content with this focus in mind. Where needed, I also tap into my hands-on experience in areas such as web design, videography, and event planning. I believe a flexible, consultative approach is key to tailoring a strategy that suits a client’s needs while boosting their brand in the digital realm.

Dog mom to a seven-year-old Husky who calls Boston her home. Avid photographer who spends her days honing her culinary skills and solving puzzles (the more complicated, the better!). Possesses a deep affinity for four-legged friends and appreciating life in the New England area.

My career has always centered around photography and photo editing, which is at the core of where my passion lies. I seek out unique experiences - even spending time as a photographer for military portraits! Over time, I’ve been lucky enough to expand my camera skills to videography and video editing while also building experience in the areas of social media and graphic design. My happy place rests at the intersection of creativity, art, and community and I am grateful for where my career journey has led me. Beyond a solid social presence, I firmly believe in thoughtful, high-quality imagery as a must-have when it comes to differentiating your brand.

I have served in a variety of roles in the residential lending arena and possess an extensive background in the areas of credit underwriting and credit risk management. Over the years, I developed a deep expertise in conducting both quality control and forensic reviews. I have managed teams, authored policies, and trained employees on products, guidelines, and best practices. In recent years, I was able to leverage my credit knowledge and extend this to all facets of the real estate investment space - whether managing a large portfolio, spending time on the construction side for renovation projects, or working as a private lender to help investors secure financing for their next deal. Having forged solid connections through my career, I have been fortunate enough to engage with different clients and apply what I know to solve complex transactions.
